We have a very special episode of our At Home series this week, as Michelin starred chef Heston Blumenthal joins the family.

The series, developed and produced for Waitrose & Partners, welcomes chefs, celebrities and special guests to the brand’s social channels from their home kitchens.

We are with Heston at his home in the South of France as he creates a beautiful barbecued leg of lamb. Mouthwateringly tender, Heston takes the meat right back to basics using minimal ingredients and wood and homegrown herbs from his back garden.
