At Home | John Gregory-Smith’s Sticky Pomegranate Chicken Wings

This week chef, author and presenter John Gregory-Smith joins the Waitrose & Partner’s At Home family.

John, specialises in Middle Eastern and North African cuisine. He has written six cookbooks including Saffron in the Souks and Orange Blossom & Honey. He is a regular presenter on Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch and an influential content creator.

For his first recipe, John makes Sticky Chicken Wings from his new book, Fast Feasts. Using only six ingredients, these delicious sticky and sweet wings are quick to prepare and perfect to share.
