At Home | Sami Tamimi’s Maqluba

Following our Waitrose & Partners’ The Levantine Table series, Palestinian chef Sami Tamimi has now made his debut in the brand’s At Home series with a recipe perfect for Eid.

Sami, who co-founded the Ottolenghi restaurant company, makes maqluba, or makloubeh, a traditional upside down dish of chicken, vegetables and rice.
