At Home with Bettina Campolucci Bordi

Our next set of recipe videos in the Waitrose & Partners At Home series are going live. This time we are in the kitchen of plant-based chef and author Bettina Campolucci Bordi.

Better known as Bettina’s Kitchen, the self taught chef specialises in vegan and free from recipes. In her first recipe Bettina treats viewers to a vegan, gluten-free sticky toffee pudding with vanilla coconut custard. For her second, she creates a vegan eggless frittata, topped with a tangy sambal dressing.
