At Home with Chetna Makan

Our Waitrose & Partners At Home series, which sees a range of cooking talent bringing viewers their favourite recipes from their own homes, continues to go live this month.

From her home in Kent, food writer and GBBO semi-finalist Chetna Makan shows viewers how she combines traditional Indian flavours with her bakes. Her first recipe is a spiced toffee apple cake, celebrating seasonal autumnal flavours, topped with creamy icing and sticky toffee sauce. Her second recipe celebrates Diwali with spicy Kachoris.
