This week we welcome a new face into the At Home team. Eloise Head, founder of @fitwaffle and @fitwafflekitchen, makes her delicious, gooey, chocolate chip cookie dough bars from her new book Fitwaffle’s Baking It Easy.

The series, developed and produced for Waitrose & Partners, welcomes chefs, celebrities and special guests to the brand’s social channels from their home kitchens.

Eloise began her journey as a fitness instructor before transitioning into a full-time content creator with 8 million followers across her social media platforms. The publication of her first cookery book has made her a Sunday Times bestselling author.
