BBQ | Genevieve Taylor
We are excited to announce our new series, BBQ, is now available. In this series, developed and produced for Waitrose & Partners, we filmed with a range of top BBQ experts and chefs, asking them to share some of their signature recipes best cooked with fire.
Episode 1 features BBQ expert, cook, author and teacher Genevieve Taylor. Her recipe for Spicy Coconut Lamb Chops is adapted from her new book Foolproof BBQ. Genevieve is a huge advocate for getting outside and making cooking a social affair.
