The Chefs’ Chefs: Eleven Madison Park

In the third episode of The Chefs’ Chefs we go on a truly privileged journey into the philosophy at Eleven Madison Park. The three Michelin starred restaurant, which was voted #1 in the world in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list this April, is the vision of chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara.

Follow Michelin starred chef Jason Atherton, talks to Daniel about how they have succeeded in the New York restaurant scene where so many before them have failed, and about the inspiration behind some of his famous dishes.

A lot has changed since we filmed inside Eleven Madison Park’s kitchen last year but the ideas and ethos remain the same. After a summer-long renovation the restaurant reopened its doors earlier this month. The old kitchen has been melted down to create a beautiful new step, so that you cross history by walking over the old kitchen to enter the new restaurant.
