Heston Blumenthal’s Christmas | Waitrose & Partners

It was great to be back in the kitchen with Michelin starred chef Heston Blumenthal for Waitrose & Partners this Christmas.

We produced two recipe videos for the brand. The first features Heston’s star of the show for the big day – the roast potatoes. He shows viewers how to make roasties that are glass like crunchy on the outside and deliciously fluffy on the inside.

The second video is not for the lighthearted – it’s Heston’s Ultimate Christmas Lunch sandwich, packed with all the very best leftovers, meaning absolutely nothing goes to waste!
