The Navigator’s Table Global Dinner Series
We were recently commissioned by Oath to produce a series of films for client Marriott Hotels, promoting their Renaissance Hotels brand.
Renaissance Hotels pride themselves on being out of the ordinary business hotels. Working with their tag line Business Unusual, each hotel has a group of local experts available to their guests known as Navigators.
The Navigator’s Table Global Dinner Series, is a new partner in the promotion of the second series of The Navigator’s Table with Andrew Zimmer.
Across a week, dinners were held at Renaissance hotels in cities all around the world. Each hotel had a unique feel and theme, and was attended by a select crowd of influencers from that city. We brought a number of influencers to tables in London, Paris, Hamburg, Amsterdam and Barcelona and filmed these five events.
All these films are now live on YouTube and have been used widely by the hotel group across social media. You can watch them all below.
London’s Music through food dinner was hosted by performer Kimmy Beatbox and Michelin-starred chef Tom Sellers at the St Pancras Renaissance Hotel. Each dish took the form of a musical element and was served with live music performances:
In Hamburg, Art & Food were infused at The Navigator’s Table, hosted by photographer Anika Meier and architect André Krüger in the Renaissance Hamburg Hotel. The due shared the stories behind some of their most popular digital photography, which were displayed throughout:
As the world’s fashion capital, the dinner in Paris couldn’t have been about anything other! Guests at the dinner at the Renaissance Paris Republique Hotel, hosted by Emy LTR, were treated to a runway show of the latest Cameron Kham collection:
Amsterdam’s dinner was hosted in the absolutely stunning and intimate, Koepelkerk catherdral hall, with photographer Debra Barraud and food stylist Colette Dike as hosts, celebrating the eclectic nature of the city:
Playing with your food was highly encouraged in Barcelona, but host travel and food blogger Sam Zucker. In the beautiful rooftop setting at the Renaissance Barcelona Hotel guests unleashed their artistic side, which featured a white table setting to work as a blank canvas and six coloured coded courses:
