P&O Cruises | Driving social engagement

Tomorrow leading British cruise brand P&O Cruises will officially name new ship, Arvia, in a star-studded ceremony in Barbados. The ceremony will be broadcast live on YouTube.

Having documented Arvia’s build journey from start to finish, we were commissioned to produce all the social media content for the brand’s #HelloArvia campaign. This has been used throughout the final fortnight running up to the big day on all P&O Cruises’ platforms.

Mainly shot on the Caribbean island earlier this year the videos were designed to drive engagement and promote the naming ceremony live link. The latest videos have been filmed on board Arvia this week, as she makes her way towards the Barbados shoreline.

The content has introduced customers to the location, the setting, the celebrities due to perform, Arvia’s captain & crew, and the choice of bottle that will be used to launch the ship, all supporting the countdown to the big day:
