BBC Food Healthy Eating | Tally Rye
BBC Food commissioned us to produce a campaign of no-stress, flexible recipe content for their healthy eating campaign.
We cast a strong team of five knowledgeable, trusted and likeable personalities, with who we created uplifting, sharable and promotable content. Each member of the team was selected because they are celebrated for their work in health-related industries such as food, nutrition, health, and fitness, and they share the same refreshing ethos when it comes to health and well-being.
Tally Rye is a personal trainer, fitness instructor and content creator, whose goal is to help you ditch diet culture and find a positive relationship with fitness and food.
Tally tookover BBC Food’s social account this week to share her tips and tricks for how to make food healthier without skimping on flavour, cutting things out or doing what you *should*. She shared a quick, easy and versatile tomato risotto, and a sweet, sticky squash traybake to warm you up on chilly January nights:
