Too Good to Waste | Bread

Episode 2 of our new Waitrose & Partners series, Too Good To Waste, is now live on the brand’s YouTube channel. The focus of the series is sustainability, and each episode is packed with recipes and tricks to reduce food waste. Fronted by food waste champions, every episode talks viewers through the best ways to shop and cook more sustainably by making use of every little bit of the ingredients they buy.

Zero waste New York chef, environmentalist and author Max La Manna shares his favourite ways of using up bread in this episode – there’s a vegan linguine with green olives & crisp lemon herb crumbs plus French bread pizza. Max also demonstrates how to refresh a loaf of bread so that absolutely nothing in the kitchen goes in the bin.
