Too Good To Waste | Fridge Raid Veg Frittata

The next episode of our Waitrose & Partners Too Good To Waste series is now live. Sustainability champion Melissa Hemsley shares her recipe for a super simple, easy and versatile frittata using the leftover veg that might otherwise be thrown away.

70 per cent of food waste in the UK comes from people’s homes and the brand have committed themselves to cutting 50% of food waste across their supply chain by 2030. Focusing on some of the most wasted food items, the series highlights the importance of just buying the food you need and using it all up, in order to begin making a difference.
