Too Good to Waste | Halloumi & Veg Traybake

Sustainability champion Melissa Hemsley is back this week for her second episode of our Waitrose & Partners Too Good To Waste series.

Melissa shares her recipe for a halloumi and vegetable traybake supper with a delicious, homemade chilli-honey drizzle – a great way to use up those odds and ends in your fridge, as well as items you’re likely to have in your store cupboard at home.

70 per cent of food waste in the UK comes from people’s homes and the brand have committed themselves to cutting 50% of food waste across their supply chain by 2030. Focusing on some of the most wasted food items, the series highlights the importance of just buying the food you need and using it all up, in order to begin making a difference.
